Price was reasonable. Work was performed in Tyler, TX and precisely what I expected and I was very pleased with the conduct and abilities of the crew managed by Joe Bauman. A note to potential customers: you have to be comfortable with providing the company with 1/2 down at time of the contract and allowing them your bank account codes to allow their electronic bank drafts. Were they to make the payment system more secure for the customer, I would give them 5 stars.
A storm blew our redbud tree down across our driveway. I spoke with Carlos at 7:45 a.m. and by 9:30 a.m. he and his crew had completely cleared all the branches and debris. Very efficient and at a reasonable charge.
The tree on our backyard has already reached our roof. Some branches fall from it every now and then. Our backyard was no longer safe for the kids. I remembered that you handled the tree trimming of our neighbor, the Griffins. I called you guys and you were at my house the next day. Since I have to work, I wasn’t there when you were trimming the tree, but I saw that you did a very great job. You are indeed trustworthy.
